| Raw Materials: All raw materials are strictly checked |
Smelting: All raw materials are properly matched according to different formula before they are smelt in the melting furnace. All raw materials are stirred in
the low supersonic wave vortex, so as to achieve even better results.

Powder Making: smelted ingots are broken by machinery before the particles are put into the jet mill (air collide) for clashing. After that they become 5-7 μ powder. All this is proceeded under the protection of nitrogen.
Pressing: The powder is put into the mould and is pressed according to the customer’s needs. |
Sintering: The pressed semi-finished products are put into vacuum fritting furnace for fritting and heat preservation.
Checkout: The semi-finished products are cut into rectangular shape, round shape or tile shape according to customers’size. Then the checker will measure the size. |

Magnetization: Qualified products will be electroplated. Products are checked after electroplating. If all is good, the parts will be magnetized and packed. All these processes are proceeded according to international quality control requirement.

Quality: After semi-finished parts are manufactured, they will be tested by a curve tester. Final brands are determined by the curve of the materials.
With regard to high quality products, they will be 100% tested by a magnetic flow tester.
With regard to no-requirement products, they will be verified by international principle of sample surveying.
All magnetization equipment and coils are produced by a Sino–Japanese joint venture, so that their reliability is ensured.
All the inspectors are professionals, and team leader of the inspection team have five years or above related work xperience. |
